One Spirit

Hello, I was asked what i wanted out of writing this blog and what was it about?

I replied that I didn’t know what would emerge until I started it.

Also that it was less about what I can get and more about what I can give.

I do know it is about sharing my love for spiritual awakening.

There is such a joy in my heart that is not dependent on circumstances.

For me this is not some lofty spirituality  – it is about feeling genuinely happy and free and alive – for no reason

It is about genuinely feeling in love with the divine here in my very own natural being.

I feel that our belief in separation in this world is strong.

This causes us to identify with our body and our mind conditioning as who we are – only

Yes – we are human of course and have a body but if we LOOK DEEPER.  To look deeper we look inward.

Literally turn our attention inside and sense presence, awareness, life itself – here in our hearts we can see more deeply our true nature
